for a more private world

Security • Discretion • Craftsmanship

Not a generic alarm-and-camera company.

Simolia Construction physically improves homes to make them harder to access, safer during a security incident, more private, and better prepared, while preserving the appearance and comfort of a high-end residence. Our lane is construction, physical security, discretion, and premium residential service, delivered together as one project.

Full-service construction — general contracting across kitchens, baths, additions, and remodeling — is a real capability behind it, not a separate service we sell on its own. Every renovation we do happens inside a security engagement: when we harden a primary suite, we're also finishing that room to the standard of a high-end remodel; when we build a secure garage, we're also finishing it to match the house.

The Complimentary

Security
Assessment

Instead of cold-selling “would you like reinforced windows,” we offer: we'll assess your home's physical security at no cost. We visit the property, systematically review its construction-related vulnerabilities, and produce a professional report. Simolia then performs the renovations the report recommends.

Simolia is offering 25 complimentary residential security assessments to select homeowners throughout New Jersey and New York.

What we build

Every category is delivered as construction — permitted, coordinated, and finished to the standard of a high-end remodel.

Estate Security

01

Home Hardening

Our primary category. Reinforced exterior doors, security doors, reinforced frames, strike and hinge reinforcement, multi-point locking systems, high-security hardware, garage-entry door reinforcement, and patio/sliding-door reinforcement, up to specialized forced-entry-resistant assemblies where appropriate. A $3M home shouldn't suddenly look like a prison: we specialize in security that integrates with the home's existing architecture, finished to the same standard as any high-end trim and millwork package.

02

Window & Glass Protection

Particularly valuable for modern, glass-heavy luxury properties: security window film, laminated and forced-entry-resistant glazing, reinforced frames, security screens, sliding-glass-door and patio-door upgrades, basement-window protection, and specialized ballistic-resistant glazing where appropriate.

03

Secure Rooms & Primary Suite Security

Converting a bedroom, primary suite, closet, office, or basement room into a more secure area, potentially incorporating reinforced walls, hardened doors and frames, communications, emergency lighting, surveillance viewing, backup power, ventilation, and secure storage. We don't market a space as a formally rated “safe room” unless it actually meets the relevant engineering and code requirements. Short of that, this is a Secure Suite — so that if someone gets into the house, the family still has another layer between themselves and the threat.

04

Estate Security Construction

For larger properties: security gates (vehicle and pedestrian), gate reinforcement, perimeter and privacy fencing, security walls, exterior lighting, driveway access controls, gatehouses, visitor entrances, delivery vestibules, and strategic property screening. This is where our general contracting capability, not just hardening, does most of the work.

05

Garage Security

Its own service, especially for clients with Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce, Mercedes-AMG, BMW M, and similar collections: garage-door reinforcement, garage-window protection, garage-to-house door reinforcement, access control, camera infrastructure, lighting, secure storage, interior separation, and privacy improvements, finished to match the rest of the home.

06

Secure Storage

Secure rooms and spaces built around valuables: watches, jewelry, art, collectibles, documents, luxury goods, crypto backup materials, and other high-value property. Vault rooms, reinforced closets, concealed secure storage, and secure collection rooms, with integrated safes or vault systems available through specialist partners.

07

Privacy Renovations

Our clientele doesn't only care about burglary, they care about being left alone. Privacy walls and fencing, gates, window privacy treatments, property screening, enclosed delivery areas, controlled visitor entrances, and strategic landscaping barriers or sight-line reduction.

08

Surveillance & Access Infrastructure

We handle the construction and infrastructure surrounding sophisticated systems: concealed wiring pathways, camera mounting infrastructure, equipment rooms, network/security closets, exterior mounting, intercom and gate infrastructure, backup-power infrastructure, and controlled staff/service entrances, then work with properly licensed security integrators for the specialized systems themselves.

09

New Home Security

A defined product: someone buys a $2M property, and before they move in, Simolia assesses it, produces recommendations, completes the desired renovations (security and otherwise), and the family moves into an already-hardened, already-finished property.

10

Post-Incident Security

A high-intent market: someone has just experienced a burglary, attempted burglary, home invasion, stalking, threats, trespassing, vehicle theft, or repeated unwanted visitors. We provide an assessment, immediate priorities, and long-term hardening and renovation.

Who We Serve

We don't sell security renovations to every homeowner.

We target a specific set of properties and a specific set of clients, and the complimentary assessment is how we find them.

Properties

  • Luxury single-family homes
  • Large suburban homes and estates
  • High-end townhouses and brownstones
  • Penthouses and luxury condos
  • High-rise apartments
  • Waterfront and gated properties
  • Second and vacation homes
  • Newly purchased luxury properties
  • Homes already undergoing renovation
  • Older luxury homes with outdated physical security
  • Glass-heavy modern homes
  • Residences containing significant valuables

Clientele

  • Professional athletes, musicians, entertainers, content creators
  • Founders, executives, finance professionals
  • Crypto founders and investors
  • High-net-worth families
  • Doctors, surgeons, attorneys
  • Real estate developers, public figures
  • Luxury/exotic-car owners
  • Watch, jewelry, and art collectors
  • Frequent travelers
  • Families with household staff
  • Anyone who's experienced burglary, stalking, threats, trespassing, or theft

We don't need only ultra-high-net-worth clients. There's a much larger population of affluent households who own valuable properties and are willing to spend to protect their families, privacy, and possessions.

The Pains of Our Clientele

Nobody wakes up wanting a security renovation.

They act because something specific is bothering them, and the assessment works because it names that thing before we ever mention a service.

Something could happen while we're not home.

Frequent travelers and second-home owners leave a valuable property unattended for long stretches, often with no one able to say how exposed it actually is.

I don't want my house to look like a fortress.

Homeowners want real protection without bars on the windows and a bunker where a beautiful home used to be. Bolted-on security reads as a compromise they don't want to make.

I don't know who to trust in my own house.

Household staff, contractors, and delivery people all have some form of access. Most homeowners have never actually mapped out who can get in, and how.

We were already broken into once.

Post-incident clients are anxious, sometimes still shaken, and want it fixed properly and quietly, not a sales pitch on top of what they just went through.

People know who I am, or what I own.

Athletes, entertainers, founders, and collectors are visible in a way that makes them a target, and they're wary of anyone new learning the layout of their home.

I have things that actually matter to protect.

Watches, jewelry, art, and exotic cars are specific, identifiable targets, not just “contents” a standard alarm system treats the same as everything else.

I just want to be left alone.

Not every client feels threatened. Many simply want privacy: fewer sight lines, fewer strangers at the door, and a property that doesn't invite attention.

I don't know where to even start.

Faced with dozens of possible upgrades and no way to prioritize them, most homeowners do nothing at all. They need someone to tell them, in order, what actually matters.

The assessment exists to answer the last one directly, and to surface which of the others is actually driving the conversation before we ever propose a scope of work.

We sell outcomes.

We don't ask customers to choose between fifty individual construction line items. The assessment determines which package or combination of components actually makes sense for the property.

Discretion

“Security. Discretion. Craftsmanship.” has to mean something operationally.

Walking through someone's home for a security assessment means learning their property layout, security weaknesses, valuable possessions, family information, schedules, secure-room locations, and vehicle information. That's sensitive information.

Over time, Simolia's reputation for discretion becomes a competitive advantage in its own right.

  • Need-to-know access to client information
  • Employee and subcontractor screening appropriate to the role
  • Confidentiality agreements for sensitive engagements
  • Minimal collection of unnecessary client information
  • Encrypted, access-limited storage of reports and photos
  • No client names disclosed unnecessarily, and no partner data sharing without permission
  • No filming and no portfolio usage without explicit client permission
  • Deletion of unnecessary sensitive materials on a defined retention schedule
  • Careful subcontractor selection and clearly documented site-access procedures
